Vanessa Roberts grew up in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, and holds both a Juris Doctor and an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan. After spending a decade in business leadership and marketing, she joined Scott & Beaven Law Office in May 2023. Vanessa combines legal expertise with strategic, client-focused thinking—grounded in her ability to analyze data and connect with a team to develop solutions.

Vanessa practices in criminal defence, real estate, estate planning, and collaborative or uncontested family law. She drafts vital legal documents, conducts in-depth research, and advocates effectively in court—all with a client-driven focus on achieving positive outcomes.

As a board member of the Restorative Action Program (RAP), Vanessa supports youth in Saskatoon high schools through mediation, conflict resolution, and restorative justice initiatives—reflecting her commitment to healing and community connection.

Vanessa lives with her family on an acreage near Saskatoon. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, undertaking renovation projects around the home, and cherishing moments with family. These interests bring balance to her life and reinforce her attentive, grounded approach to client service.
